Tori Education organized a visit to Pusat Penjagaan Kanak Kanak Cacat Taman Megah and Rumah Keluarga Kami during this school holiday in the hope that the kids could realize the not all children are as privileged and live a normal life.
Pusat Penjagaan Kanak Kanak Cacat Taman Megah(PPKCTM) runs a home for the disabled and the underprivileged. They are rendering services to children who are of down syndrome, autistic cerebral palsy, slow learner, hyper active (A.D.H.D.), physically handicapped, intellectually disabled, dwarfism syndrome, apeth syndrome, deaf & mute, global development delay and under privileged, as their ages range from 3 months to 51 years old.

On the second day, we visited Rumah Keluarga Kami,an orphanage located at Taman Bukit Kajang.Rumah Keluarga Kami (RKK) was established on 1st June 1990 and is a residential home for underprivileged, abused and abandoned children. A project by the society of St Vincent de Paul, Conference of the Holy Family, Kajang, the need of such a home was mooted from the growing need to provide underprivileged children with the essential needs like foods, shelter, education, and, most of all, love.
